News Printer friendly page Michael Simkins LLP represents West Ham United at FA Disciplinary Commission Date: 28/11/2005 Michael Simkins LLP has represented West Ham United Football Club before an FA  Disciplinary Commission at Soho Square.   Both West Ham and Chelsea faced charges of failing to control their supporters following disorder at a Carling Cup match in October 2004.  The FA delivered its ruling on 25 November 2005,  imposing a £30,000 fine on Chelsea while West Ham were given a warning but escaped a fine.
