Michael Simkins LLP is delighted to announce that Caroline Copeland has joined the firm as a partner in the commercial group.
Caroline was previously at Islington firm, Bolt Burdon, but has spent the last year on secondment at Diageo plc as Acting Regional Counsel for Southern & Eastern Europe and Russia. Prior to that, she was a senior associate at Addleshaw Goddard where she worked regularly with the media team on a range of corporate and commercial transactions.
Caroline's experience includes working for start-up ventures through to established and growing owner-managed businesses and mid-sized companies. She specialises in acquisitions and disposals, shareholder arrangements (including joint ventures), company restructurings and commercial contract work.
