We are delighted to announce the appointment of Paddy Gardiner to head up our dispute resolution group.
Paddy joins us from Eversheds, where he was head of its Media team. He has extensive knowledge and experience in many areas of the media and entertainment industries and is listed as a leading individual in the leading legal directories, the Legal 500 and Chambers UK Guide.
Paddy has broad experience of disputes involving copyright, trade marks, brand protection, confidential information and related rights, and has represented many high profile individuals and businesses in a range of disputes, including Elton John, PRS for Music, LiveNation, U2 and Paramount Pictures. He has also developed a substantial non-contentious practice, including advising on significant licensing deals in relation to computer games, music publishing and recording, sponsorship deals and digital exploitation of content across different platforms.
