In the same month as it advised BMG Music Publishing on the acquisition of Complete Music Limited, Michael Simkins LLP advised Zomba Music Publishing on the acquisition of Strongsongs Limited from the Telstar Music Group and Strongsongs' founders, Anna and Mark Jolley.
The acquisition gives Zomba publishing rights to songs recorded by international hitmakers, including U.S. metal veterans Metallica, British R&B singer Craig David, pop acts Danni Minogue, BBMak and Hear'Say, rapper Plan B and boy band East 17.
