Nicola McCormick Speaking at Autumn Marketing Law Seminars Date: 17/09/2007

Nicola is a recognised expert in advertising law and in particular in its extension into digital media. Once again she has been asked to speak at seminars hosted by the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and Mad.co.uk.

The first of the DMA seminars is on 24 October 2007 and is an Introduction to Direct Marketing at which Nicola will outline key areas of law for new account handlers to look out for in developing direct marketing campaigns. This is followed on 1 November 2007 by the DMA Email Marketing Conference at which Nicola will be speaking alongside representatives from Ogilvyone Worldwide, e-dialog and Comic Relief and will outline issues specifically relevant to email campaigns.

The latest mad.co.uk seminar is on 27 November 2007 and again focuses on legal issues relevant to email marketing.
