Caroline is experienced in a broad range of corporate transactions.  Her practice focuses on acquisitions and disposals, shareholder and joint venture arrangements, company restructurings and general commercial contract work.  She advises both companies and individuals on all aspects of corporate law across a range of sectors (including media, retail and publishing) having acted for start-up ventures and owner-managed businesses through to mid-sized and listed companies.
