Jonathan specialises in all aspects of Film and TV including production, finance and distribution. He is an expert in structuring international co-productions with experience in all aspects of financing including government subsidies, tax based schemes, distribution pre-sales and Bank financing. Jonathan represents some of the leading UK Producers and production companies as well as international distributors and financiers.

Since the introduction of UK tax incentives in 1997 Jonathan has been at the forefront in advising both Producers and Financiers on tax based financing structures. Jonathan also specialises in advising companies exploiting their product on digital media platforms with particular expertise on digital broadcasting and mobile phone entertainment. He is a regular speaker and writer on audio visual and copyright issues.
