Kiersten is an associate in the firm’s Employment Group and advises both employers and employees from a wide range of industries (including the financial services sector, television and film production, music, fashion and advertising) on all aspects of employment law.  Kiersten has particular expertise in conducting High Court litigation and Tribunal claims, disciplinary, dismissal and grievance procedures, and restructuring.

Kiersten is a member of the Employment Lawyer’s Association, and has had articles on employment issues in the media industry published in trade journals, such as The Stage.
