Clients for whom Mark acts include listed companies, Fortune 500 companies and smaller owner-managed businesses, in industries such as retail, outsourcing and financial services as well as media/sports.  In the media sector Mark has advised employers, senior executives and artists on a range of issues including  advising one of the major record companies on a significant restructuring exercise and a world famous rock star on the successful defence of a sexual harassment case.
