Nick is the Head of the Employment Group and advises on all aspects of employment law, with particular expertise in relation to restrictive covenant issues, sports-related employment disputes and the appointment, duties and termination of directors.

Published works include the chapter on Search Orders in "Restrictive Covenants under Common and Competition Law" (Kamerling and Osman), and articles on employment issues in sport for both legal journals and national newspapers. He is also a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association.
