Paula is a solicitor in the Employment and Dispute Resolution teams.

Paula has provided advice on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including acting for employers and employees in employment tribunal and high court claims relating to sex, disability and race discrimination and unfair dismissal.  She also prepares and advises upon employment contracts and policies and compromise agreements.

Paula’s dispute resolution experience encompasses advising on disputes arising out of general breaches of contract and tortious claims, online copyright infringement, libel, music copyright and royalty claims and Court of Protection matters. She also has experience in providing advertising clearance, pre-publication libel readings and website privacy and data protection advice.
